About Hanimaadhoo
Hanimaadhoo is the main island and transport hub of Haa Dhaalu Atoll in the far north of the Maldives. It has an international airport, making it the easiest entry point to the northern atolls. The island is surrounded by pristine, barely-dived reefs, offers excellent whale shark encounters and is the base for exploring the remote northern Maldives — one of the last truly undiscovered frontiers of Maldivian diving.
