Fly from Malé to Gan International Airport (approx. 1 hour 20 min) — the main airport for Addu Atoll. From Gan, S. Meedhoo is a 20–30 minute drive via the Addu causeway. Daily flights available.
Best time to visit
November to April for diving and calm seas. Addu is equatorial so it receives rain year-round, but the northeast monsoon brings the best conditions.

About S. Meedhoo
S. Meedhoo is one of the oldest and most historically significant islands in the Maldives, located at the southern end of Addu Atoll — the country's southernmost atoll. The island is connected to Hithadhoo and other Addu islands by a remarkable 14 km causeway, making it accessible by road.
