Surfing Cokes
Cokes is a fast, hollow right-hander that breaks over a shallow reef directly in front of the island. Best at 3–6 feet, it's suitable for intermediate to advanced surfers. The channel makes paddling out straightforward.
Sultans & Honkeys
A short boat ride from Thulusdhoo, Sultans and Honkeys are two of the most famous breaks in the Maldives — long, peeling lefts and rights that work in a range of swell sizes.
Snorkelling the Reef
Thulusdhoo's house reef is exceptional — dense coral gardens, reef sharks, turtles, and schools of tropical fish just a short swim from shore. One of the best house reefs in North Malé Atoll.
Dolphin Cruises
Spinner dolphins are a near-daily sight in the waters around Thulusdhoo. Sunset dolphin cruises depart from the island and often encounter pods of hundreds of dolphins leaping in the bow wave.
Coca-Cola Factory Tour
Thulusdhoo is home to the Maldives' only Coca-Cola bottling plant — a quirky local landmark that gave the famous wave its name. Tours are available for curious visitors.

Shared and private speedboats run from the Malé ferry terminal and Velana International Airport jetty. Journey time approximately 35 minutes. Most guesthouses can arrange transfers.
By Public Ferry
A public ferry connects Malé to Thulusdhoo on a fixed daily schedule. Journey time approximately 1 hour. The most affordable option — check the schedule in advance.
